A voice grounded in experience
My work as a speaker is shaped not only by what I have learned, but by what I have lived.
From building a social enterprise addressing period poverty, to working closely with inner-city communities, to navigating personal and professional transitions, my talks are rooted in real experience.
They are reflective, engaging and designed to leave a lasting impression, not just in the moment, but in what follows.
Speaker bio
Dr Zareen Roohi Ahmed is a social impact strategist, speaker and author whose work sits at the intersection of human dignity, community transformation and creative expression.
As the founder of Gift Wellness, an award-winning social enterprise addressing period poverty and women’s wellbeing, she spent over a decade building impactful, purpose-led work rooted in care, access and dignity. That work laid the foundation for what has now evolved into a broader, more integrated body of practice.
Drawing on lived experience, personal adversity and years of working closely with communities, Zareen speaks about the deeper process of transformation — how moments of upheaval, loss or uncertainty can become catalysts for meaning, alignment and impact.
Her talks are grounded, reflective and quietly powerful. She does not seek to motivate through intensity, but through presence, clarity and connection. There is a depth and energy in the room that invites people to pause, reflect and see their own lives differently.
Audiences leave not only uplifted and inspired, but with a renewed sense of direction and a deeper understanding of what it means to live and lead with purpose.
